Dan Klosowski was born and raised in LaPorte, Indiana. He graduated summa cum laude from Valparaiso University in 2009. Then, he attended Chicago-Kent College of Law. He began working as a clerk for the Law Offices of James P. McHargue during his second year of law school.
Following his graduation from Chicago-Kent and obtaining his law license in 2012, he practiced with a workers’ compensation law firm in the Chicago suburbs. In this position, Dan tried many cases at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and argued cases on appeal in front of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Circuit Court of Cook County, and the Illinois Appellate Court.
He is a member of numerous organizations, including the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. Dan returned to McHargue & Jones, LLC in the winter of 2014 and now represents clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
He lives in Chicago with his wife.
