    Jim McHargue was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri. Jim moved to Chicago and attended Loyola University in the early 1990s studying history and Spanish. He graduated cum laude in 1994. During law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law, he worked as a clerk in a law firm that focused on workers’ compensation and personal injury cases.
