Bio

Adam Rosner is a Chicago workers’ compensation and personal injury lawyer and a partner at McHargue & Jones, LLC, where he represents injured workers and accident victims throughout Chicago, Cook County, and the surrounding Chicagoland suburbs.

Adam was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago and is the proud son of a Chicago union family. Growing up around union workers instilled in him a deep respect for organized labor and a firsthand understanding of the physical demands and risks faced by working men and women across Chicagoland. That background continues to shape his approach to representing injured workers today.

Adam earned his undergraduate degree from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, before attending Northern Illinois University, where he completed a dual J.D./MBA program, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Adam clerked for the Honorable Judge Ronald J. White, gaining valuable insight into litigation and courtroom procedure.

Adam also interned with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor in Chicago, where he learned the critical role of the legal system in protecting workers’ rights. Prior to joining McHargue & Jones, Adam worked at a large Illinois defense firm, representing employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters. This experience provides him with a unique advantage—an inside understanding of how insurers evaluate, defend, and attempt to limit injury claims.

In 2020, Adam joined McHargue & Jones, LLC, shifting his practice to representing injured workers and accident victims. In recognition of his skill, dedication, and results for clients, Adam was made a partner in 2024. He now focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury cases, helping injured workers secure medical benefits, lost wages, and compensation after serious injuries.

Adam is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association and is known for his thorough case preparation, responsiveness to clients, and commitment to holding employers and insurance companies accountable.

Adam lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife. Outside of work, he is an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago White Sox fan, a reflection of his lifelong ties to the Chicago area and the working-class communities he serves.
